Finding the right location for your Beauty Refined studio is paramount to your eventual success. You need a brick-and-mortar retail storefront in a high traffic area, with serviceable ingress and egress to accommodate your customer base. Our site selection team will work hand-in-hand with you to review demographic data, household incomes, and a snapshot of your local commercial real estate marketplace. Once a suitable location has been determined, we offer assistance with leasing terms and negotiations – ensuring you get the best possible deal per square foot. But our assistance doesn’t end there. Our support extends to the general contractor, the entire build-out process, permitting, and final approval for all construction design elements and finish out. By the time our site selection team is done with their work, you’ll have an oversized pair of scissors in your hands and a big, fat red ribbon to cut.
Pre-Launch Support and Timeline
Based on the general timeline for opening your turnkey Beauty Refined med spa studio – typically anywhere from 9 to 18 months – a great deal of support provided by our corporate team occurs during your comprehensive training period, prior to your grand opening.
